Who collects data

What data we collect
We only collect data you voluntarily submit via the contact form or booking link: name, email address, and message. We do not collect data automatically (tracking cookies, fingerprinting) or use third-party analytics.
Why and how long
Data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and coordinate the intro call. We do not use email addresses for marketing without your consent. Data is retained for 12 months from last contact, then deleted.
Third parties
We use Resend (resend.com) for email delivery and Calendly (calendly.com) for booking. Both services have their own privacy policies and process data in accordance with GDPR.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data. Submit a request to mario@srem.hr. We respond within 30 days.
